Towner offer carers free entry when accompanying a paying guest. You will need to go to Towner and register with them as a carer, an i-go card will be accepted as proof. Once you have registered you will be able to make online bookings

A very large lift to all floors, which is particularly useful for groups

A manual wheelchair for visitors to use on site (contact us to book in advance) 

2 wheelchair accessible seats in the cinema

Sensory Bags containing aids such as ear defenders, fidget toys, mini-magnifiers, colour paddles and Sunflower lanyards are available for the duration of your visit

We don’t have a permanent Quiet Space but will always be happy to find one on the day.  Just speak to one of our team

Seating is provided in our spaces, wherever possible, and we also have portable stools available on request that you can carry with you

If you have particular needs in the event of an emergency evacuation, please inform the welcome desk on arrival
