The aquarium is accessible except for the underwater tunnel which has 7 steps going down to it and 7 coming back up.

There is an accessible toilet in the aquarium, there is also a Changing Places toilet about seventy meters away just past the Jerwood Gallery, with access via the onsite attendant (see www.changing-places.org)
