Accessibility
Mobility and/or building
- Wheel Chair Accessible venue
- Wheel Chair Accessible Entrance
Access to our departure point involves going down a marina pontoon, which can become steep at low tide depending on sea levels. Please note: The route to the pontoon can be uneven with water on both sides, and wheelchairs cannot come onboard the boat. Passengers must be able to step or be assisted safely into the boat. If needed, passengers should attend with someone able to assist with lifting into the boat and back into their wheelchair after the trip. Our team will always help where possible, but boarding requires a degree of mobility due to the nature of the marina and vessel access.
Disabled Parking & Drop-off
- Drop-off Area
No baby changing or accessible toilets nearby unfortunately.
Outdoors
- Wheelchair Access to Outdoor Areas
Hearing Assistance
- Audio Description
Access to the boat involves walking through the marina to the pontoon, where there is water on both sides, uneven ground in places, and no handrails along parts of the route. Because of the marina environment, visually impaired visitors may require assistance, and our team is happy to help guide passengers where possible to ensure safe boarding and disembarkation.
